Located within the Canterbury City Walls , and right opposite of the recently opened Hilton Hotel, we took ownership of this property in 2026 and have already submitted a planning application to re-purpose most of the existing building into up to 18 luxury apartments . Part of the site is also the iconic “Alberry’s Wine Bar” which remains unaffected and is fully operational. Works on the high end serviced offices have already commenced and we are hoping to greet our first tenants after the summer.
